Fitness room in basement with daylight supply

A fitness room in basement a sauna and shower is made possible thanks to the Heliobus® Spiegelschacht® . This makes the room appear bright, friendly, and inviting—with a quality of light that significantly enhances the basement.

For this project, the client requested full-surface slip resistance for the walkable skylight. This enhances safety in the outdoor area while maintaining the natural light in the room below. However, this design restricts the unobstructed view of the mirror module or the sky.

This project demonstrates how the Heliobus® Mirror Shaft® can provide more natural light, enhance the quality of the space, and improve usability even in challenging basement areas with fitness, sauna, and shower facilities.
