The basement of these exclusive houses in Ascona has been completely converted into living space. With the Mirror Shaft from Heliobus®, the rooms are illuminated with real daylight and thus offer a very pleasant living atmosphere. The available daylight created offices, fitness rooms or guest rooms in the basement.

Via the installed mirrors, there is now also visual contact with the blue sky and the passing clouds. Ventilation of the rooms is still possible through the ventilation slots in the light well cover.
