Mirror shaft® Escape - daylight and escape route in an emergency

Heliobus® installed a Spiegelschacht® Escape in a single-family home. The system brings natural daylight into the basement while also adding an important safety feature to the existing light well.

Thanks to its sturdy, walk-on, and easy-to-open cover, the Spiegelschacht® Escape can also be used as an emergency exit in the event of a fire or other emergency, depending on the building’s layout. This solution thus combines increased natural light, improved usability, and enhanced safety in a single system.
